I started my car in the morning to discover my engine light blinking at me with blood and feces on my driveway. The dealership found a bunch of mice had nested under my hood and destroyed my engine and surrounding electrical lines. Stranded and desperately seeking a resolution, Pamela in Kim Forsyth’s office came to my rescue. Assistant ing me with filing the claim and getting a rent a car. The entire office is professional, patient and courteous. Highly recommend Kim and her entire team!!!! They treat you like family.

Unprofessional and unethical. Shared my personal information when I tried to book an introductory call. I actually filed a complaint with Statefarm who agreed her actions were inappropriate.

She responds to my other reviews with “he was never my client”… yes that’s because she hurried to share my info gathered by her assistant for the introduction call.

Kim provides outstanding service. She has insured all of my grandchildren over the years and does an outstanding job. Highly recommend her services.
