Una aseguradora de carros me seguía cobrando cuando ya había cambiado de aseguradora y solicitado la cancelación de la primera aseguradora. Jesús se encargó de efectivizar la cancelación y de solicitar el reembolso de $500+ ahora solo estoy esperando el cheque de reembolso Jesús Tomó tiempo de su parte y yo quedé satisfecho y agradecido con el. NO COMPREN ASEGURANZA DE MEXICO CON ELLOS, yo pagué la mía en marzo y hasta la fecha no tengo aseguranza y ya es el 20 de mayo! Un carro me pegó en Tijuana y me lleve con la sorpresa que mi aseguranza aún no está activa que nomás metieron la solicitud y a mi no me dijeron que tomaba tanto tiempo. Fui a peñasco con mi mamá que está viejita y con mi bebé y gracias a Dios no nos pasó nada porque yo confiando en ellos y nada. Tardan mucho para resolver no se los recomiendo. Están que me van a regresar la llamada desde la semana pasada y nada. Pero para cobrar ese mismo día me cobraron más de 2,000 Dlls para asegurar un Mercedes 6 meses en Estados Unidos y según un año en México.

Menos de 5 minutos de espera en la llamada, Jesús muy amable respondio todas mis preguntas.

The insurance broker rep was fairly professional and made sure to suggest preventative measures to better or maintain my driving record rating. Only concern I had was the long wait for my documents to sign. I had to reach out again to see if there was a problem.
