She is professional, intelligent, helpful, kind, efficient and timely. Marissa makes every step of the process SO easy and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy with their insurance needs. We initially used her for our home insurance and have now established auto and life insurance through her as well because she was able to provide us with more coverage for a lower premium than our prior policies. My company hired Ives to handle our insurance needs, and the team has been responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful from day one. Recently, our team needed a custom COI generated for a permit through the city of Los Angeles, which had been a major headache in the past. But Ives took care of it like real pros. They drafted the COI on time, according to the city's myriad of rules and regulations, and were able to submit through the city's clunky software (which had caused us major problems in the past). Rob and Mackenzie could probably tell I was nervous the whole time (haha), but they were always quick to reply and handled everything without issue. So happy we found this amazing team! I highly recommend.

These guys are absolutely on it. I own a small HVAC/refrigeration business and Rob saved me over 1100 dollars on a policy compared to our previous company we were very faithful to. We do a lot of emergency service calls and sometimes need roof access for new customers and they can issue us insurance certs within 5 minutes of calling with all the correct wording required. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Outstanding customer service and communication which is hard to find these days!
