After fred loya raise my 6 moths policy for more of the double price I decided to look for a different company my friend has the same problem w fred loya he tell me about pronto insurance the lady named Marina help me she is very nice and professional I got a really good price.plus fred loya has really bad customer service.

I have been a client here for a while now, but now they have a new person running the place, in the last 2 years I’m always having trouble at the DMV because she doesn’t know how to send out my insurance to the DMV and I’m getting super annoyed. I always have to show proof of insurance because she doesn’t know how to do her job right. Thanks a lot now one of my cars has a suspended registration, all thanks to the same lady. When I initially received my first notification, I let her know about it and she “review my policy” and told me everything was fine, now I get a registration suspension notice. I have 2 other cars insured at this place, now I’m afraid she might have messed up all of them.
