In this day and age when all you get is a recording to press a certain # (multiple times) before you ever get to a representative, it is nice to actually have your agent's contact #. Now the Children have kept it going Todd Payne has taken over around 10 years now. You get a team or caring people when you sign with Prosper Insurance! They’ve helped me and my family with our Multiple Policies, HomeOwners, Auto & EarthQuake. They’ve provided Mercury insurance Policy’s for our whole family. The girls just became old enough they had to get their own policy’s. We’ve Refered them to many a friend. We just adjusted the coverages this 5/2023 renewal as cost of materials has tripled since the 90’s. It’s been since 1/1994 since the Northridge 7-9 depending what new paper you read. It was extremely damaging. As we all know the cost of our mortgages & Equity have risen. So adjusting your coverages appropriately is highly suggested. Be kind.

Cannot Recommend Prosper enough! Kim Saved us when our Farmers Agent became shady and tried to slam us with an $800 last-minute fee day of signing paperwork. A quick google search lead me to Prosper and I am so glad I did! Kim and Bria were so quick to help us find a great policy at the best price we found after searching for 2 weeks on our own! Todd Payne is the agent for the Mechanical Breakdown Insurance that I purchased for my new car through Mercury Insurance. It was about half the price of the warranty I had purchased from the retailer, and setting it up with Todd was a breeze. Fortunately I haven't had to make any claims yet, but I trust that if I do, Todd will make sure it gets handled properly.

Update: Well a year later and life happens! My car needed a new A/C compressor which would have been almost 2k but thanks to this insurance plan it was only $100 (+ additional freon charges). I'm not sure if Prosper Insurance Solutions was involved (it was someone named John at Mercury) but the warranty was zero hassle and it covered my rental car as well.
