This All-State office located in the College Area of San Diego is absolutely 100% Great! They go out of their way to let you know what's going on with your policy and inquire every 6 months as to how things are going. If it's a claim, adding or removing vehicles and costs, they are up to date with the knowledge to properly inform you and keep you informed.
Yvette is great! I've mostly spoken to her sister who represents the majority of this 5 star review.

My family and I had the worse experience here. Rita and Milli were absolutely no help. We been in this insurance for 4 years now and it has been really tough with their lack of communication and instant termination of policy without letting us know. I have never seen anything like this before. I went to office today and a few times before to fix our policies and they add unnecessary costs and stress. There are much better insurance policies out there and will never come back to this location at ALLSTATE.

The worst auto insurance experience my family and I ever had was with Rita and Mili. Our policy was changed with out our consent a few times and with no explanation. We felt lied to and taken advantage of by these two ladies here. Now we have to scramble to find a new policy, not to mention how much unnecessary things we had to pay for!

Rita helped me get my insurance renewed on Thursday. She made things so simple and easy during a very hectic day. She did her job really well and always kept me updated. I really appreciated her customer service skills so I took time to write this review. I would for sure recommend this allstate office because of my experience with her.

I made the transition from mercury to AllState in 2008 and I have never looked back. One of the best choices I have made in life. Yvette Marin has been there since day one. Great customer service and professionalism on her part. Her staff is outstanding.

Yvette and her team are extremely polite and helpful. She was able to reduce my rate while adding other policies to my coverage. She explained what my coverages were with detail. I am extremely lucky to have her as my new Agent and look forward to having many years of service with her. I will definitely recommend her as an Agent to all my family and friends.
