They messed up my brothers international driver’s license and omitted his motorcycle endorsement. Consequently we had to pay a $300 bribe in Vietnam to avoid having his bike impounded. Good job guys 👍

They are racist against anyone who isn't Latin or Hispanic. We went to make a payment for my tags, and the agent made the payment on my insurance instead. Even tho he stated that it was my tags that I was paying for. If you can't read you should not be at the job. If you are Latin or of Hispanic looking, you will get great help.

When my Auto Liability policy was cancelled because the bank card was declined as is policy if a security threat is detected by the bank. My policy did not lapse during this time, and then it was brought up to date. I appreciate that they are very helpful.

AAA was a surprise for me. When I walked in the doors I felt disappointed. Disappointed that I'd never walked in this place before. It was a bustling office with a 'Wolf on Wallstreet' energy, minus the party. The service was fast, straight to the point and the a/c was on full blast.

Horrible service, unprofessional, and poor responsive, I went in to renewal the registration on our car but was treated very unprofessional and the service was so poor. The staff names Marvin was so slow and he did not know what he was doing and he was so unprofessional the way he talked to us. AAA really need to have a better customer service training for it's staffs. Btw, we have been a AAA Plus member for over 30 years. We will not go back to this branch and will start going to a different branch.

Misleading sales tactics. Company forces you to pay an additional $3.00 fee each month for automatic payments.

Big waste of time verified the business that was to be taken care of but when I got there all the information that I got on the phone was incorrect the person didn't know what they were talking about or how to handle that business yet they were answering the phone and giving information big waste of time.

Went in here today to add my fiancé’s new to her 2002 Infinity to my insurance plan. All I got from the agent was a big NO, because I personally was not on the DMV registration they couldn’t do it. No other options or alternatives were given, aside from she had to come in and get her own completely separate insurance plan.
So I left and called AAA, I got an insurance agent on the phone that actually knew what they were doing and had coverage with proof of insurance in less than 10 minutes.
This AAA office is a big waste of time, don’t bother going in there. They do not know what they’re doing.
