We started with Farmer's because my husband's Mom had them, and it seemed easier. We stay with Farmer's because there is no better insurance agent than Elbert!! He is always available if you need him, and his wife Lena even gave me their cell number so I could reach them on the weekends, if I needed to! What other insurance company do you know of that would go above and beyond like that? None!
My husband and I were recently in a pretty bad accident, and our beloved car was totaled. Our towing, tow yard expenses, AND rental car were all taken car of by Farmers! They handled our claim quickly, and we had our settlement money within days of the accident. We have now purchased a brand new Camry, and I just got off the phone with Elbert to set insurance on that car also! Will never consider another insurance agency! Elbert and Lena are stuck with us for life!! :)

Only 5 stars for Elbert who is prompt, exceeds expectations, honest, and straight forward. So grateful we found him :) every other insurance company either couldn't help us or are still "working on it" more then a month later, but Elbert jumped right on and has been a joy to work with since the start. Thanks Elbert!
