Offered me my options; gave me insightful information; told me what to expect with a new policy going forward. And in the end, offered me a quote that easily fit my budget!!! Overall, it was not only a fantastic experience but I walked a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend this company and its representative Ken H for his attention to detail.

Their customer service is terrible at least on the phone I think it's better in person. If you try to reach them on the phone their phone system will just send you in circles then when you finally do get ahold of somebody they will transfer you to somebody else and put you back in the phone system starting from beginning again it's ridiculous and very frustrating.

Stay away from these people, terrible quotes, wrongful advertising, and bad business overall. I came for a quote, and they said they couldn't insure me first, and then they said if I paid double, they could find a company to insure me. Can't recommend any insurance at this moment, but especially this guys.

Best service ever

Very poor service. I don't recommend. I was in a hit and run accident and the lengths I had to go through just to get some answers. Everytime I called or emailed all I got was the run around. Acceptance insurance and first acceptance insurance are both not supportive of your needs and concerns.

My friend was paying a little over 500$ for ONE car here. He’s had no major accidents or DUIS or a lot of tickets. He switched to another company since he got another car he’s now pay $313 for TWO cars. This place rips people off I don’t know how they have so many good reviews.

Charged and never received policy. One week later we had to dispute with bank.
They claimed that a policy existed however I never received confirmation of any sorts, just a charge to my account. Nothing in the mail. Called and apparently policy exists which was confusing because I have not even been contacted from the company nor sent a policy. This is for online services and doesn’t represent this building itself nor the staff. HOWEVER they want to charge me for days on the policy that I didn’t even know ended up existing.
So I would avoid the online services.

Was really having a hard time with other insurance agency’s trying to find the right quote, then I happened to stumble upon Acceptance Insurance, and let me tell you, hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with the customer representatives. Diana initially help start the process, and it went seamlessly. Everything was precise and thorough. No second guessing whatsoever. While I had to get somethings situated, when I had called back, Diana, as the hard worker she is, was helping another client.

At that point Lulu came in clutch and helped segway the smooth finish, and just like that, the transaction was complete. No if, and’s, or buts. Just straight to the quote, and just like that, I’m insured.

The point I’m making is, if anyone is looking to stray away from a stressful method of looking for the right insurance policy, Acceptance is the agency for you. I started off with some lost faith from my prior engagements with agency’s, they help me hit the lotto. (Inside joke) Anyways, choose Acceptance! It’s worth it!
