After shopping around and hitting many roadblocks trying to get a policy due to my driving record i a came across this location and my agent “rosa”. I spoke with rosa over the phone and she was able to find me coverage for my 2 cars. Rosa made the process very easy and i never felt pressured. I just called to get a quote and the agent literally said to me before even giving me a quote said, I’ll have you know California has the highest rates in the nation so if you already have insurance I would stick with them because we can’t beat it and I said how do you know that, you haven’t even given me a quote or know what mine is to compare and she said I’ve been doing this for a long time trust me I know it will be between $400-500 and I said none of them have been that much then she hung up on me!!

Zero Stars they set me up with a policy paid the deposit then they said that company would not cover a salvage title so the credited the down payment and set me up with another company the past 4 months they were automatically deducting the 102.13 for for months while I was send my other payment to the company who took the policy.
Part two they have a customer care team that reached out because of this comment and they could’nt do anything the insurance commission will take care of them

Tracy provided me with excellent service and answered my questions professionally.

They are great at scamming and skip essential information in a contract. They don’t fully go over everything you are signing and agreeing to. 40 dollars for documentation and about 200 for just policy and 20 days when it was said the 200 was for 6 months. And costumer service won’t do anything about it

Today I received the best customer service ever! Stephanie was so patient with all my questions and took her time explaining so I understood everything!! When things changed due to info I provided, she Never made me feel like a bother for giving her more work lol. (Which Is big for me) I had previously called on Friday and spoke to someone else who was definitely not helpful at all because I didn’t have my marriage certificate (which she could have still given me a quote) she wanted me to email her when I had everything she asked for before giving me the time of day.
