... stopped there first thing in the morning, a minute or two before they opened. Employees badged in while I was there. There was no indication that the door was unlocked and nobody let me know! Finally another employee went in the door and told me that they should be open. Thanks?

Terrible experience. We didn't have an appointment for a title transfer but the employee didn't want to take us because she had to leave early on a Friday and had to handle other walk ins. There was only 1 person in the queue needing DMV services. Employee was rude and impatient.

They used to be a good alternative to DMV but... Things change, they back to their corporate agenda unfortunately, hopefully their AAA Roadside assistance gets better, last time i used it I was stranded on the freeway for 5hours

Excelente servicio

Had an issue in that my front license plate had been stolen off my vehicle.
Went to San Jose Capitol Expressway AAA Branch office & they helped me right away to fill out the form for the NEW PLATES & REGISTRATION, without having to go schedule an Appt’ with DMV and go that route!
They gave me my NEW PLATES/REGISTRATION right there,
and I was completely satisfied and appreciative with how my issue was resolved!
It definitely pays to be a member of AAA for situations like this where you don’t have to involve the DMV!

For almost one year I have been with out a kitchen I have to cook all meals on one hot plate and was left with a floor that was very unsafe to walk on there is a 3/4” dip between the hard wood floor and the the lumbar. If my mom was to walk on the floor at night it is very easy to fall a break her hip, she is 90! I put in a previous claim for smoke damage on my walls but instead they removed the floor. One manager told me they sent the checks and they we’re cashed, the other says one says was not. I want my floors done completely and our deductible should be waived! Is this how you leave an elderly woman’s house???? Job D7U-17264

This location accepts walk-ins or you can make an appointment.

I am very happy with the service and overall experience. I am insured with auto with Olivia and have been with her for a while. Most recently I purchased a Smart Home Security system with Cindy. Ever since my dad passed away early this year due to unforeseen circumstances my mother and I have been scrambling to get everything situated. An agent at this location whom we came to for help constantly gives my mom and I attitude and has messed up our quote 4 times now! She has bad mouthed my mother on multiple occasions and always nagged about my mother coming too much when all she is doing is ask questions because she doesn't know any better and that shes old. This has been by far the worse AAA experience I have had since my fathers passing. I came in for help not to be talked down to, the service here is RIDICULOUS.

I missed my scheduled appointment. However, the happy gentlemen who greeted people at the door took the time to check if any of the employees were able to help me. He walked me to Erica, and she was kind enough to take me. She helped me with replacing my license plates. The process was quick - about 15 minutes top! I love that Triple AAA members have the option of processing some DMV items at some of their branches! It saved me a lot of time.

This place is the best! The Agent was so informational! I walked in kind of having a bad day...And when I left I was almost a new person! Thank's for giving me options I didn't know I had ..And thank's for all the Great customer Service!!!

The person who was managing the front was welcoming and efficient in adding people to the wait-list making sure people's needs at AAA were met.

Went in for a vehicle title transfer, they were friendly and quick. I will now go to this triple A location from now on as last time I went to the one on blossom hill near Bass Pro Shops they had all new people there and the manager was very rude to another lady there.

I had a DMV issue that they helped resolve very quickly. The staff was very professional and friendly. My overall experience at this AAA office was great. This is the office I will be going to next time I need to visit AAA.

We came here to get passport photos for myself and my infant daughter. The whole process is efficient and everyone was super friendly. They limited the number of customers in the office and had sanitizers for everyone to use. We felt safe here especially when infants can't wear masks.

It was fast and efficient, considering the social distant protocols that in place. Was able to transfer ownership and register vehicles in less than 30 min. Most of my time was waiting in line.
