Esto es para todos los hispanos,está asegurada es cara,tengo asegurada de vida con ellos solo me cobran pero no mandan un recibo,a veses pienso que ni siquiera saben que existo cobran el pago directo ,cancele mi aseguranza de auto una semana después de aver pagado la mensualidad y resulta que les quede debiendo y lo más bueno no me avisaron y me mandaron a colección por no recuerdo pero como 60 dollars.Asi Que piense bien tomarla ,esta de hecho no tienen muchos clientes.

Hit a snag contacting an Allstate adjuster on payment for car rental. Emailed Robert who contacted an Allstate supervisor. I was able to contact new adjuster and settled the issue quickly thereafter. While Allstate was very responsive on my claim, without Robert and his staff the rental reimbursement would have dragged on. I've found Robert's staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and timely.

Worst agent for allstate auto insurance. Had a very bad experience working with auto agent representatives. They get your business initially with competitive rates with all driving records disclosed at the time of getting the policy and when it comes to renewal of policy they pull out existing records on your policy which were disclosed and present from the beginning, but they use them to bump your insurance premium during renewal. Agents don't call back nor reply to email. Never go for auto insurance policy via them.
