Please don’t take customer saying they had to fight with the State Farm to get claim approved as “being taken care of”. It’s sneaky to get your employees to send emails to customers and when they tell you they resolved the matter with State Farm as “customer was taken care of”.

You want to take care of customer? Help them when they call you. Don’t tell them there isn’t much you can do and the customer needs to call State Farm’s phone number.

From my recent interaction with the agency, it seems their primary focus is on securing more business from you. When it comes to assisting with existing claims, they tend to pass the responsibility to a different team, stating that no one at the agency is available to help with such matters. What I was told - "We will be calling the same 1-800" number as customers do. We don't have any say in matters of State Farms handling of claims.
Its the same bunch of people who will call you every few months to do a "policy review" to make sure you have the "right coverage".

State Farm should drop the act of local agencies like Angela Frangieh being a good neighbor. They are good neighbors went it comes to selling you higher coverage or different policy but don't want to help you if you have issues with your policy. Time to find a different agency or different insurance company altogether.

If you are shopping for the best insurance company look no further. My experience with Angela and her wonderful staff at the Campbell office has always been great. They are all very informative. My questions are answered honestly with my best interests in mind. So.. if you’re looking for a honest insurance company and office stop by and say hi. You’ll be glad you did.

We have a Condo in Kauai and the State Farm Agent in Kauai dropped the ball on a claim but we called Angela Frangieh's office since we have the bulk of our policies in her California Office. I had called the claim representative and had not heard back from him. When I called the Park Ave. office in San Jose and spoke to Liz Leonardson on August 21, 2023 she contacted the claims office and even though this was not a claim in California she made sure State Farm was aware of the issue and made sure that a check was sent out immediately. Bravo to Liz for going above and beyond her scope of duty to provide exemplary service and making sure I remained a satisfied customer of State Farm. Liz is at the top of her game in customer service and I am blessed to have been the recipient of World Class customer service.

In 2016 when we moved to the Rose Garden neighborhood of San Jose, California, we chose this insurance office simply because it was the closest to our new home. Luckily, this office turned out to be a gem! Angela and her team of talented agents taught us so much about protecting our growing family and thinking long term about the safety and security of our property. She is kind, warm and knowledgeable. We had a couple of small claims that were handled well, and even a significant hit-and-run while on vacation out-of-state, and the service provided was excellent. I recommend this agency to everyone in San Jose, even if it's outside of your neighborhood. We have since moved out-of-state, but are grateful for the years of service and education regarding insurance products we received over the years from this wonderful office.

On three separate occasions, I have had issues with billing. When I called most recently to inquire about this and to ask for itemized descriptions of my billing, I was told one could not be provided to me. These are the only circumstances in which I’ve had to contact the office, and I’ve had to go to significant lengths with Angela’s team to get the issues rectified each time. I chose Angela based on her great reviews but I’ve never even spoken Angela herself, as I was told I would be when first being insured. I have had all these issues and only have the minimum car insurance. I do not recommend this her unless you are willing to overpay for poor service.

After having to file my first auto claim with State Farm, I was left with a few concerns after working with the general auto claims department (not directly associated with this office). I gave Angela’s office a call where I spoke with Anthony who not only answered my questions but also followed with the previous team I spoke with who ended up reaching back out the same day! Anthony had also followed up with me after to ensure that my expectations where met, staying ahead of the issue with me!

Never a problem with these folks, I've been with them for years! Unfortunately I've had two rodent-eaten car engine instances last couple of years, which are difficult to process for claims. Instead of "blaming the victim" (me) these agents rationally documented the problems, interacted with the car dealer regarding repair costs, even suggested rat elimination products! I'm pleased, corporate "State Farm" was pretty responsive as well and promptly forwarded a check to me. I'll never change my insurance carrier. "What do I like about this business?" -- I find it a tad more pleasant, in general, dealing with females over car problems (than males)! Sorry for a sexist comment, but it was almost pleasurable. Everything was accomplished in a calm, rational, non-threatening manner. I get the feeling that's the way Angela Frangieh operates her business!

Heidi helped me review everything in my policy and made sure my coverage reflected the true value of my home and property. I appreciated her attention to detail and thoroughness.

The team at Angela's office have ALWAYS shown me a sense of caring and urgency that is tough to find these days. They have quarterbacked several claims for me over the 7+ years I have held policies with them and have ALWAYS gone to bat for me. If I don't understand specific verbiage on a policy, they explain it. If I have a problem on the claims side of things (rare) they FIX it. Bottom line- the service Angela, Arlene, Elissa (apologies if I forgot someone) and the entire team have provided me has won them a lifetime client.

Arlene is the rep that mainly helps me and has been fantastic throughout my experience. She has helped me walk through the claims process as well as helped me find all discounts I am eligible for. State Farm in itself has been great as well. They are very good with communicating what is going on with claims and very transparent with what you are being charged for. I also use the State Farm app which makes it very easy to get even faster updates and pay my bill. Overall my experience has been real good and would high recommend going to State Farm and Arlene for insurance.

I called to get information regarding some of the different services that are offered, and had the pleasure to speak with Anthony Guzman. He was very professional and answered all my questions, very knowledgeable. I am looking to change providers because of a bad experience with my current insurance company and have been calling around. I am so glad I called this office.
