Every time I need help with my insurance I go to Nisi. She’s amazing, always replies right away and is looking out for me on my insurance needs.

Horrible customer service. This office and its employees were of no help when we needed them. To make matters worse, they tried pressuring our family into renewing a policy when we finally decided to find a new insurer. They then failed to process the necessary cancellation paperwork which resulted in us being charged for two weeks worth of coverage.

We've been with this lady as our agent for a while and every time we've had an accident or issue arise, she just leaves it up to us to figure it the hell out... her service is horrible.

UPDATE: Candace Salcedo's office is now threatening to send our bill to collections. Billing my family for an insurance policy we
requested cancelled on July 5th that ended on July 14th.

She IGNORED the request, renewed the policy and didn't bother responding to the email until JULY 26th, and is now billing us for her fraudulent renewal of our policy.

I love working with them. Their office is so responsive and ready to help! Especially Diana, she has been so helpful helping me navigate fire insurance, umbrella insurance etc.

Excellent communication, quick in handling my need.

This could have been a bad experience and trust me with past experience in receiving quotes to obtain a good insurance plan that can take half of your day can be daunting, but when making my first call at Farmer's and speaking with Candice she made my experience very pleasant. Candice sincerity of taking care of my insurance needs gave me relief from looking elsewhere for other insurance plans. She gave great quality service and was surprised how prompt she was in getting me a plan to insure my fathers condo.
