Maybe I caught Suzanne on a bad day. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt & can't remember the last time I wrote a negative review. Suzanne had such a rude tone with me in the 3 minutes that we spoke (I was calling as a new client to get a quote). It felt like I was bothering her the entire time. She mentioned halfway through our convo that she was with another client (which I had no clue about & would've been totally OK with her calling me back at a better time). After painstakingly jotting my name and number down, she never circled back with me, and I'm writing this review almost a week later. I was left disappointed, and also surprised, seeing as though she has other positive reviews.

I have been with Farmers Insurance for years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences all these years with Suzanne! She has been extremely helpful with my life insurance, when we purchased a home, and general insurance questions. I would absolutely recommend Farmers Insurance, Suzanne, and Farmers staff!

I have great experience with Farmer's: I've been using this insurance (home and auto) for many years. Over the years we had our share of incidents: dents, mishaps, accident law suits, etc. Farmer's were always very responsive and always more than fair in their covered our damage to the full value, and when needed always provided complete and dependable legal coverage - they have our back! I don't think this is the cheapest insurance around, but I feel that I'm getting full support and full value back from Farmer's when I need it and that's the what insurance is all about.

Suzanne and the team are fantastic. I became a client in 1981 or so and have continued with them. They deliver prompt service and have always been ready to help when needed. I tell all my friends and family to contact them directly.

My car was slightly damaged in a parking lot. My Farmer's agent handled my claim quickly and efficiently. I had my car repaired in less then two weeks.

I appreciate the immediate responsiveness and dependability of my Farmers representative; she always come through for me even when I am out of the country. That's so important to me!

Easy to work with. Timely responsive, communicates well, found the bast rates for me. Works will with email which is my preferred way of communicating on this matter.

Go ahead sign with Farmers Insurance when there is a claim then company will drop you as a customer That's have missed up is this Farmers I was with farmers almost more than 4 years they dropped us after to claim for 2 years that's of they do business and on top of everything is started us with $3000 in less than a year 1/2 we were paying almost $5000 Stay away from Farmers Insurance company
