I Jose Castro want to share my experience with State Farm insurance. I originally inquired about auto insurance coverage for my family and I after a handful of unpleasant incidents with our previous insurance provider. I was given contact info for a Mrs. Camelia Martinez Rodriguez an account manager at this office. Mrs. Martinez provided fast easy communication over email but once I arrived to meet in person I was blown away by how friendly thorough and honest she was. She answered all questions going into great detail on what all coverages were and how they affect me and my monthly payments even going as far as giving real world examples to make it easier for someone outside of the insurance word to understand. Not once was Camelia pushy or tried upselling me to coverages that I honestly would not need. Needless to say I am very happy with my experience at State Farm I have recommended Mrs. Camelia’s services with State Farm to my friends and family.
