The service Rita provided might be unrivaled in the context of my life. I really can’t recall another time when someone provided as much professionalism and competence. I arrived sometime in late November after going to another State Farm location, one that happened to be closed, and this simple twist of fate allowed Rita to step in and take care of me.

For twenty minutes, she went through my options while creating the ideal environment for me to open up - something I don’t do easily. And even when I wasn’t thrilled about the price, she worked to get me a deal I could afford and feel content with.

But what really set Rita apart was what she did after I left her office. In short, she called and said that she had overlooked something in my profile that could enable an even better deal and lower payments. This five minute call was enough to leave me stunned at the savings. This is money I can use to buy more trivial items like, you know, food and gas and underwear.

Sometimes you have an experience that is as close to flawless as you can get, and these can be powerful enough to reignite your verve. My faith in customer service and most business transactions has taken a major hit over time, yet Rita’s wonderful energy and effort was the reminder I needed that good, salt of the Earth people are still around. Hertz does not provide customer pickup on Saturdays and open only from 9am to 12 noon. I did not have available transportation and would wait until Monday. I was overwhelmed with kindness when Kim called me and offered to persoanlly take me to the Hertz Rental on Saturday morning. I humbly declined as I knew Saturday would not work out for me. That was a superior personal touch.

I thought I had a broken car lock that would be covered under warranty. It turns out there were signs of vandalism. They already had the car at the dealership, so they went ahead and fixed it. Filed a comprehensive insurance claim over the weekend, and less than a week later, I have the claim settlement in my checking account. Fastest and easiest claim I have ever had. State Farm is great, and Steve is always very responsive and sympathetic and takes the time to explain things and processes well.

State Farm is competitive in price, stellar in service and most of all respectful of its clients. We've had a few very tough moments, a full blown flood top to bottom in our house that put us out for over a month and involved extensive remodeling. Never was there a question about money or service or entitlement. Everything we needed we got. From the first moment we called until the final check was issued. We had an auto accident that was the other guy's fault. He said so at the scene. He apologized and said he'd take care of it through his company and then he denied it. State Farm never batted an eye. They took charge. It never affected our standing or out premiums. I can't say enough about the company, Mr. Sosnowski but mostly the face to face service we get with Leslie. We'd never go anywhere else.

Robert's review: Leslie just helped me out recently on finding a way to cut back my premium. She spent almost an hour with me going over the entire premium and in the end was able to save me a sizeable amount. This is how the Sosnowski office operates. They respond to the needs of their client. My wife and I have been clients for 40+ years. My favorite memory of State Farm was coming for a claim on an electric blanket that caught fire. The claims agent was so shocked but indeed there was the big hole in the blanket where it had spontaneously started a fire. And yes I was in it when it happened. What a 5-star experience this place provides when it comes to insurance needs. I had an unlucky day on the freeway with my windshield picking a fight with a pebble and losing, resulting in a crack that grew like wild fire. I contacted Kim and was scheduled the next day for getting my windshield replaced. WOW that’s quick thank you to such an awesome team! Take it from Jake wearing the khakis, State Farm had my back!

Steve & his team are amazing... Kim & Rita are the BEST... I couldn't handle my claims and payments without them! I have been with Kim for more then 5 yrs. when it comes to getting things done her and Rita are on TOP OF IT! I couldn't have better Car/House insurance. I bought a 2021 Honda Accord, got a chip on the windshield & Kim did everything to get it fix right away (this is just one of many things she has help me with ). Steve and his team are great. Kim was able to secure auto coverage for my classic auto in about 3 hours on the date of delivery. That became important the next day when I required roadside assistance. This is where Nellie came in. As the policy was so new, it was not yet in the system for the tow service to confirm coverage. Nellie got on the phone with me and as able to communicate my policy coverage to the tow company and it all worked out well. Thank you! Great service for many years.

First, I have never done such a review before. I feel so compelled because of Kim Pifer at the Steve Sosnowski State Farm Insurance Agency merits such.
