I just got my first "out-of-the-nest" auto insurance plan with Phil, an Account Representative working with Sunny Susanto, and he made it so straightforward. I'd previously spent an hour or so filling out auto insurance quote forms online and kept running into one barrier or another. The quotes either were unavailable for my location, exorbitantly high or just not enough coverage. I'm not usually a phone call person, but someone I knew gave me the number of this office. I'm so glad they did. Phil explained the various aspects of auto insurance concisely but completely, so that I knew what I needed to feel informed. He provided me with locale specific advice for coverage amounts as I am new to the area, and he even helped me adjust my plan to lower my deductible while still feeling that I had the insurance that I would need. I was in the market for a new insurance agent and I decided on Sunny as she is in San Jose and I work in San Jose. My experience with her has been excellent. Her team is super easy to get a hold of and communicate with, when I had questions about my policies, they had the answers and information I needed. Sunny’s agency has been the easiest and most reliable agency I have worked with. Being an international student and a new driver in the US, many insurance companies turned me down and gave me ridiculous quotes.
