Zain is amazing! They've been the 'go to' company for our nonprofits insurance needs for years. Not only fast and helpful but they always give the most options in terms of price and individualized coverage. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Try them first; you wont be dissapointed!!
This man was absolutely rude and disrespectful! He even hung up on me while I was recaping our conversation and making sure we were on the same page. How he expected me to pay $1000 without assurance of contract I don't know. Recommendation: if you can get your insurance elsewhere...please do! Just not with zain! Horrendous customer service with ZERO effort to make potential client valued.
