El servicio al cliente es excepcional. Cristina Alatorre fue muy servicial y encontró la aseguranza que necesitaba. Su actitud fue muy amable y dispuesta a responder todas mis preguntas, pero sobretodo invirtió su tiempo en encontrar la mejor opción de cobertura para mi familia.

I HAD AN INCIDENT WITH A STAFF MEME ER THERE BUY YHE NAME OF ALONDRA SHE LITERALLY LIED ANOUT BEING THE SUPERVISOR SO I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO FILE A COMPLAINT. I CALLED LATET AND SPOME TO THE REAL SUPERVISOR THAT DIDNT EVEN CARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY HAVE UOU WAITING HOURS TO BE ANNLE TO GET HELP OR PAY YOUR INSURANCE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

No hacen bien su trabajo, no le informan las condiciones de pagos automáticos, luego te cancelan la póliza diciendo que no se puedo precesar tu pago y te dicen que seguro no tenias dinero sinvergüenzas solo quieren cobrarte una penalzacion por reactivar tu póliza, mentirosos.

They do not do their job well, they do not inform you of the automatic payment conditions, then they cancel the policy saying that your payment cannot be processed and they tell you that insurance you did not have money scoundrels they just want to charge you a penalty for reactivating your policy, liars.

Their staff is very friendly and efficient. They've helped me out on more than one occasion to file a claim, cancel my registration, and get a new sticker within just a few hours. Overall, I truly recommend this agency!

Cuentan con un equipo fenomenal y eficiente. Me han ayudado a salir de apuros en distintas ocasiones. Me ayudaron a hacer un reclamo, a dar de baja un vehículo, y por si fuese poco me entregaron un nuevo sticker en cuestión de horas. Excelente servicio!!

This place is a joke, they charge an extra $5 dollars to pay in cash? Are you kidding me? They also make copies of your debit card when they don’t have the paper work for you to sign after you had payed? Why would you even take copies of your clients debit cards? what a big joke of an agency. I will not longer do business with them again. Save your money and don’t come here at all.
