Extremely frustrating experience dealing with this agency! They are hard to get a hold of and no one answers the phone. I have been dealing with Ana Fagundes trying to get a policy in place for a business. I have been shopping around other places and NO OTHER PLACE IS AS HARD TO DO BUSINESS WITH AS THIS PLACE!

She took my call and said it would take 2 days to get a policy in place, sent me paperwork after hours, which we returned first thing next business day. We have a client waiting on this policy and this is affecting our business. She has been entirely unprofessional throughout the process, and responds on the due date with a note saying that we are still insured and that we cannot be insured, when our prior agent has verified TWICE that we have cancelled the prior policy. When I asked her to verify with the old agency, she stated this is company policy and that she can simply say that she cant insure me if she wants.

YOU ARE RESERVING THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE TO SOMEONE, FOR TELLING YOU TO VERIFY YOUR OWN INACCURATE INFORMATION? AND THEN TELLING ME THIS IS CORPORATE POLICY? IS THIS REAL LIFE?

IVE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WILL REPORT BACK IF ANYTHING CHANGES.. BUT IN THE MEANTIME - SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
