Got scammed. We payed 50 dollars for a ready lane application fill out & picture. * The pictures got rejected since they weren't taken correctly. We had to pay for the pictures again at the passport office. The lady working at the passport office even wrote us a note about how the pictures were taken incorrectly and how we deserved a refund. When we went to ask for a refund, the lady at the insurance place said we payed for the application only and that the picture was included for free therefore she couldn't give us a refund. Like ???

My overall experience was GREAT, me and my 3 brothers have had our Income Taxes done for 16 years and never have had any bad experiences.

I've been with them for three and a half years,and I had no problems.

My mother in law went here and they really messed up her taxes. I could put a monkey at a desk with TurboTax and the monkey would do a better job.

Me quisieron robar dinero de mis taxes😡,me querian dar 120dls y en otra parte me dieron 450, y mas aparte me querian cobrar 100 dls y en la otra parte me salio en 50 dls😡

La atención al cliente que brindan es excelente. Tengo haciendo mi declaración de impuestos desde 2010, y nunca he tenido ningún problema. Siempre recomiendo con mis amigos y conocidos a Maricela y David. Muchas gracias por tan amable servicio.

En mi caso se equivocaron al redactar mi informacion, pero cabe destacar que me di cuenta al revisarlo,
Aqui el detalle es revisar bien la informacion (es nuestra resposabilidad) es entendible que tengan errores con tanto trabajo,
Me lo resolvieron al día siguiente ...

No vallan a este lugar hacer sus tax return es lo peor no ponen atencion ala información que estan poniendo, mi mama fue a este lugar hacer sus tax y pusieron el seguro social equivocado porfavor ni pierdan su tiempo este lugar no es de profesionales !.
