Super easy experience. John is a fantastic agent who is very considerate. Not one time did I feel backed into a corner. I reached out to his office and promptly set up a call to get my policy transferred as I moved here recently from out of state. The entire experience felt more conversational rather than transactional, which ultimately is the best thing you can hope for.

John is awesome when my other Allstate agent went AWOL. I am in need of immediate help to reinstate my auto insurance. John helped me over the phone and solved my problem in 30 minutes. He may not even get the credit for this but he took care of me as if I were his own client. He is helpful, friendly, excellent communication with efficient results. The whole experience was extremely easy. John was very understanding who showed he really cared about my accident and well-being.

Sure he’s nice if there’s no issue, but his poor work ethic and lack of morals show when an issue occurs. Despite being an Allstate customer for decades without payment or credit issues, he failed to communicate and inform my family about our coverage being cancelled. He didn’t call or email once. Instead all we received was a notice in the mail which arrived a week after the final date had passed. He lied and misinformed us by claiming our situation was stuck in a process and continued to tell us to wait 24hours day after day and to just not drive when our coverage had already been cancelled (he admitted to this later). He dodged calls and never returned a call as he claimed he would. He made us wait days without auto insurance while he was supposedly handling the issue. We could’ve simply gone with a different insurance provider had he told us the truth to begin with. He is a coward and shady. He was not even apologetic. Beware, he does not care about your best interest. His suggestions for clients are ones that ultimately are best for himself.

I feel lucky that I found John with Allstate a few years back when my insurance with another big name company just kept going up and up for no reason (no accidents/change of address/etc). John is such a great guy. He makes the process of buying any insurance simple and painless. He is so patient and knowledgeable. He puts up with me asking a bazillion questions when I added on renters insurance to policy. He is so friendly and always goes above and beyond. Just like last week when I went to the dmv to reregister one of my cars. Not only was he able to quickly add the insurance for me, but when I had trouble logging into my account to show proof of insurance to the dmv guys, he took a screenshot and sent it to me, so I could take care of it there and then.
