I went in to make some changes to my account. They had me back and forth and had to come in 4 times! Laura needs to work on her customer service very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional as well as Susana. I would definitely not recommend this location at all. They need to work on their customer service.
I’m going to another insurance company because the service I got when I needed help was horrible.

My family and I have had our insurance with Allstate for over 10 years and they have always been great. We haven’t had any major accidents besides my fathers car being stolen. They resolved the claim quickly and he had his check in about a week. But besides that just minor glass claims which are also resolved quickly. We have been with Mary Mendoza for most of those 10 years and she’s always been amazing to us! She has always explained everything throughly to us from coverage to claims in English and in Spanish.
A sincere thank you to Premier Insurance and Allstate for treating us well.

Gave them a call to make some changes. The person who answered, Susana was very rude. She had an attitude. When I let her know about this, she said she did not. Very rude and would not recommend this location at all. They need to work on their customer service.
