Sold me an umbrella policy for one residential property when I needed an umbrella policy for one residential and one commercial property. When I called today to ask why my renewal didn't include my commercial property, Josh put me on hold and transferred to Liberty Mutual instead of trying to resolve the issue for me... otherwise, what is the purpose of an insurance agent? I would recommend going elsewhere because these people are uncaring and incompetent.
