Joseph was extremely helpful with helping me resolve a documentation issue for a renter's policy. After spending 2 hours on the phone with customer support (corporate) he was able to resolve in 30 mins total what they couldn't. He was patient and friendly even with a frustrated me. What I loved most was that he set a more than reasonable expectation for turnaround time and beat that. Thank you again!

Absolutely terrible from day one. I gave them my bank information to make withdrawals for auto insurance. which they made an error on so I had to scramble to get the second payment done because I didn't know the first payment hadn't been made. So when I called to correct their mistake they made the same mistake again! Because of this I now had to make larger up front payments even though it was their mistake. From there the rates just went up. Anytime I tried to reach someone beyond the first contact, total failure. No one would call back, no one would explain the rate change or why the first payment was so much larger than the rest. Found another policy with the same coverage more than $*** cheaper PER MONTH! Allstate is truly disgusting with terrible rates and even worse customer service. Would not wish this company on anybody. Oh, and I have absolutely zero claims on my auto insurance for 9 years. And even longer than that for ONE claim that was my fault. I would rather walk or ride my bike then get another policy through Larry Goldberg Allstate office.

I really appreciated Dawn putting her efforts for reinstating my auto insurance policy after I cancelled. She helped diligently in order to start my insurance right away without any hassle to drive to the location. I am very happy with their service. Thank you Dawn! :)

Terrible staff and owner. They pretend to be good people and say all the right things to get your business. Later, you see their true colors - sarcastic, uncaring, and unprofessional. Do not give them your business or you will be disappointed. Response Update: Correct office, expected response, beware.

BEWARE: We were bilked out of $1400!

We accidentally sent a duplicate home insurance payment.

This agency denied receiving two payments despite depositing both our checks. Luckily, one payment was made by our Title Company who became involved on our behalf.

The agency then spent the next four months telling us "the check is in the mail."

After many phone calls and unanswered emails, a check finally arrived... and bounced.

That's right, Allstate Insurance sent us a check that was returned for insufficient funds.

The agency still has our $1400, and our bank has made us $28 poorer for depositing a rubber check.

A very thorough and credible staff.

Bad customer service. I canceled my policy because they have extremely high earthquake insurance through a second party. they are giving me a hard time about my refund which I still have not received a whole month later because they do not listen. I told Stacy not to credit my debit card as it is now and been closed.
