I am an old customer of Katherine from her old location which was in the same shopping center. Now her office is on the second floor of a Professional Services Building. When I needed a quote for a Million Dollar insurance policy, with a unique service, which was run by volunteers. She checked around, and gave me all the prices that were available from different sources. She gave me good advice. She spend a half hour of her time, listening to why the policy was needed and checking on the phone for that type of insurance policy.

Horrible service. Please do not use Katherine - she is unorganized and frantic. Our home insurance kept cancelling multiple times a year and Katherine would call us in a frenzy telling us we didn't have insurance for the past month even though our escrow company paid through the year. We eventually switched insurance companies because of her. We lost so much time and had many headaches because of her.

Kathy is a fantastic agent; she is constantly looking for savings for us while maintaining the highest coverage. She has all sorts of creative ideas to help us with all of our business and personal needs.
