I was with Progressive insurance for several years and had nothing but bad experiences. I've always had superior service when I've needed help, needed to change my coverage, or had to make a claim, like when my wall was knocked over by a storm. Recently Jefferson Smith has been helping me satisfy the requirements for a mortgage refinance on an investment property I own. He really knows what he's doing. He figured out exactly what I needed to do to satisfy the refinance requirements and he got the underwriter the info quickly. WORST AUTO INSURANCE AGENT... after 1 year and 7 months with auto insurance they still charging Cancelation Fees even though you never sign a second contract with them... Definitely Never go back with Allstate Insurance and worst with this Agent... Always come with something to make you pay for things that you don't even signed for them...
