Eric little office is awesome. All the staff is wonderful when I go in to pay my bill monthly. Today I really needed help with roadside assistance and I was loosing service on my phone due to battery. I spoke to Kim in Eric Little 's office she is amazing 🤩 she took the time to help assist to call to set up the road side assistance for me on my troubled issue. I was stressed and her act of kindness really helped. Please take a moment to recognize Kim for her amazing customer service it was so greatly appreciated. Thanks again Kim.
