I am so grateful to have switched insurance companies to this one, they are a blessing to my family. I have received one credit and one refund. I also renewed my policy and discovered my monthly payment is cheaper WOW. They answer me quickly when I call and are so courteous and polite. Im glad I switched.

I left my cheap insurance to go to Allstate and since I have been with this office it’s problem after problem their rude they lie. The real Allstate needs to not allow them to represent them. Btw make sure if you open a policy with them they send insurance proof to dmv or your car/cars registration will be suspended in less than 5 days and you will owe $14.00 each car and can’t register your car until it’s paid be careful with this office they will lie to you even if the dmv clerk tells you what to say they will lie to get away from their errors.

I wish I can give this office a 0 stars they are not professional at all "Thuy Mai" is such a liar saying her email, fax and texting number didnt work like who runs a office where nothing works. She was the worst person to talk to very but I mean very unprofessional I hope no one goes thru the service I had experience with her and to the other guy Ben another bad service they both are very unprofessional. Do not get insurance with unprofessional people.

Great insurance agency and good prices. My policy rates did not go up after 6 months. I would recommend them.

Extremely slow and expensive. My id card is not updated in a day before expiry, even when the payment mede before. Just want to get rid of this agency
