I have a small business and started using George Hahn about 10 years ago. I have been so impressed with the level of service and attention I have gotten from George. I have my business and workmens comp insurance through him and I have never received such personal attention and service from other Insurance companies. Working with George reminds me of the days when Doctors used to make house calls. He is very responsive to questions or issues and return calls/emails promptly.. Very easy to talk to and is very caring and personable. When I am dealing with the office, I feel like I am working with friends.. I highly recommend this office!
George is an outstanding insurance agent who went well above and beyond reasonable expectations to help us. Highest recommendation!
Doesn't deserve 1 star!! This guy is an absolute joke! If I performed half as bad as his office does I would be fired from my job!
I went in August to get auto insurance, worked out the deal, signed the papers, and everything was great for 2 months. Then he contacts me and says somehow his underwriters can't certify my driving history. First off, we discussed my records that he had when we agreed on the policy! Did they just disappear and he was too lazy to find them?? So he increases my rates, even after I go back to my previous insurance company and get every record I've ever had and proceeded to give this 35 page document to Mr. Hahn. This happened in November, and I have yet to reimbursed or credited the difference.
So in December the problem not only persists but had gotten worse. Mr. Hahn and his associates haven't corrected my monthly policy, but have actually increased it again. The increase was for the same reasons as stated before yet they were an extra 40% higher!! I don't understand this fraudulent behavior! The problem hasn't been solved still.
I am having to jump through hoops and take time out of my busy day to find another insurance company, and while I'm at it write this hopefully helpful review for anyone even slightly considering this branch.
Just poor and pathetic job performance. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.
All of my property was stolen and State farm lined me up with a rental car which I could not get since I needed a physical debit card which state farm would not supply so I racked up a week's worth of storage charges and then I had it towed to a Shell station where it's been for a week while State farm dropped the ball and did not call the shop and racking up more storage charges which they're going to use against me now to steal my van a second time after the thief got away with it therefore State farm sucks and everybody I don't with on the phone other than a few people were idiots who treated me with disrespect like my life didn't matter
