I've only been a client of Statement for 4 months and yet I've already experienced how great their customer service is! Last month, I got into an accident where another car rear-ended my car. Since I do not have a full coverage in State Farm (I have a very old car), I took it upon myself to keep following up with the person who caused the accident and to her car insurance, AAA. For a month, AAA won't get back to my voice messages and e-mails. So, I decided to contact State Farm to see if they can help me follow up with AAA. After speaking to Helen, she immediately contacted AAA and even sent a follow up e-mail to them. Within minutes, AAA got back to me and they referred me to their approved body shop to fix my car. Thank you State Farm and Helen!

Jacklyn has helped me get one of lowest rates out of all the insurance companies I have shopped for! She has helped me with grouping policies to make it overall cheaper and easier to control. Her office is very responsive and have fulfilled all my requests to the tea. I have gone through at least 5 cars for someone still under 30 years old and it's never a hassle working with the insurance. Best thing about her is that I appreciate them sending me greeting cards or happy birthday cards in the mail. The fact that they took time out there to send me one is amazing. Big plus is that she's fluent in English and Vietnamese so if you have parents that don't speak English well or you don't speak Vietnamese well, she's the one to go to.
