Gloria helped me get my tags on a Friday at 5PM closing time for the DMV. I called probably about 7 different numbers where each rep kept redirecting for some reason and it almost felt as if they just didn’t want to help me. I had only a few minutes left before the lady at the DMV told me she would have to have me wait till next week to get what I needed and GLORIA helped me with SECONDS to spare. When I tell you it was the extra mile she did just that. She made sure I got out of that DMV with my tags in hand and save me a whole other trip. I was so grateful for this rep because honestly everyone that took my call prior was rude and even scolded me for the situation on one call. Another guy even hung up.
