Adam is the best insurance agent we have ever had. He works with us, listening to what we desire, trying to keep prices low and not forcing anything “extra” on us. He helped us get a great rate for home and car insurance. In a world where customer service is slowly dying, we really appreciate that he makes himself always available and is willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy.

As a State Farm customer for over 40 years it's clear State Farm is a great insurance company, HOWEVER I got stuck with Adam Tafoya when the previous agent retired. Never in my entire time with State Farm have I received the WORST possible service and customer care than with adam! I and four other clients have transferred our policies to another agent. His attention to his customers is absolutely pathetic! Without even a simple phone call or email to see what was up regarding my accounts he was so negligent in paying any attention to his customers my policy lapsed and I was without coverage for over four months! If that's the type of agent you want then you have the right guy. My advice to everyone of his customers.... GET OUT NOW and get with an agent that has enough smarts to manage his business and YOUR coverage! State Farm is Great, Adam you are PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Adam Tafoya, thanks for nothing, your a disgrace to State Farm!!!
