After getting my first car, I wanted to make sure i got the best coverage i could get, even though i didnt have the biggest budget. fortunately the folks at Ganis Insurance were there to help! they shopped around and found me the best rates possible, and the quote was free and took only a couple minutes over the phone. just a few simple questions and boom, got the whole thing sorted out in a very short time. after i finished college and had to get my own place, they gave me a discount for adding renters insurance. how cool is that! the rates were great, and they made sure i got the most bang for my buck. such helpful fellows there. definitely sticking with them as long as i live in Cali

Mary Ganis was awesome. Very very good at communicating. Even though they don’t do health insurance she put me in contact with someone that was also fantastic and quickly got us reasonable coverage. She and her company get my highest recommendation!

Mary and her team have handled my insurance needs for years. Recently, I had a situation where my insurance was mistakenly cancelled. Mary got on the phone with the carrier and got my coverage restored. She really cares and goes above and beyond to help.

I met Mary Ganis and she offered to quote my auto insurance because she thought she might be able to save me some money. I was not very motivated as I had guess that the saving would be maybe $10-$20 and I didn't want to take the time to check it out. I finally did so and I was blown away!! The process took only 10 minutes and she saved me $200 on my six month auto policy!! Mary was also able quote my renters insurance and I saved a bunch there too! I would not delay....call Ganis Insurance for a quote.

The worst exist experience you could have: When I decided to change my insurance company from Mercury to AAA, I wrote an email directly to Mercury informing them of the change and providing explanation as to why; I copied Ms Ganis just for her awareness.
To my surprise, next day I got a call from my AAA agent telling me that Ms. Ganis sent an email directly to her (keeping me out of loop) to establish how bad a driver I am and that they should NOT offer me an insurance. This was way below the belt and totally unprofessional.

My believe Ms Ganis wrote that email to make a desperate retaliation attempt. But, here I am, happily with AAA where I don't have to deal with these middleman (agents) any more.

Have been using Mary and her team for my car and house insurance for past two years and I am very happy! Quote was very easy to get, my rates never been lower and coveridge better! Will absolutely recommend Ganis Insurance to all my family and friends!

They made a mistake of not putting an automated payment through and then decided that it was ok to push the payment through a month after without making sure it was ok. They also deflected the situation as if it was my fault.

After being with aaa for many years I was so relieved to have found Ganis Insurance. They are polite, eloquent, and actually answer the phone. With aaa i wasalways on hold and it took forever just to talk to someone and now at Ganis I'm very happy with their service, and even more pleased with the excellent rates they provided me. They write with over 300 companies so they definitely know their stuff. If you're looking for insurance for your car or home/renters or even life, call them, they are simply the best. I had my car insured through them and they even gave me a discount for adding renter's insurance! Truly great people, believe me.

Very poor people manners. Doesn’t explain the coverage type and when you ask it’s feels as if you’re doing wrong for asking. She is the reason I am leaving Mercury. Ooh and when I asked Mercury to change broker they declined. She’s a very racist person.

If you want the best insurance.....call/go here I talked to the owner herself and I must say she is AWESOME 21 emails 5 phone calls later (because of me trying to find cheaper insurance) she was able to help me out I call every single insurance provider and was unable to get an affordable rate. I talked to Ganis for a little bit they were able to get me the best quote.

I was able to get all my cars cover at last minute, it was almost 8:30 pm I'm glad that Pat was able to get my the lowest rate possible. Customer service is superb No one comes close to Ganis on there superior customer services. I will refer everyone to call Ganis insurance.
