I had no issue with Beissel Insurance for the past 8 years until I inquired with Carmen about removing roadside assistance from my policy since I already have AAA. She made a snarky remark about it “just being $3.00”. I made a simple request and did appreciate her response. I then asked her what my options would be if I would like to cancel my insurance. Carmen then proceeded to harass me via phone, text, and sending various emails to encourage me to cancel my policy. When I called to talk her, I never received a call back. Her customer service was less than impressive. Go elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Great service when they wanted the premium, but found Carmen to be a bit off-putting in the past few months when I questioned some things that about my policy and carriers. Really not helpful with assisting me find a solution and sent me a Youtube video??? I understand the property market is challenging since i deal with it from a different role in risk management, but the service was really sub-par and the feeling was like being pushed out the door with no assistance. Luckily i found a new agent who explained my options and offered me solutions. In all fairness she was nice and attentive when the premium was easy money. Would not use them again since there are challenges at times and didn't feel like she wanted to help and just sent me on my way to another agency. Kept making me feel like i was being cancelled by sending me notice of cancellations to sign before I had procured other insurance. Didn't feel the warmth as I did when i first became a client. Service poor.

My experience at Beissel Insurance was great! As a a first timer in getting Insurance on my own Ada was very helpful to any questions I had and made the process very fast and easy. I HIGHLY suggest asking for Ada next time you're in need for insurance. :)

My family has been with Beissel for over 25 years. The service has been superior and claims have always been handled promptly and professionally. If you are shopping for the best price with best coverage, you should give them a call!
