Then she took the time to discuss my other policies And we discovered a problem with my coverage which we addressed. I am much better off now thanks to Crystal.

I had farmers since I acquired my home which is now for 5 years? None of those times, I had gave them any trouble. Never placed a claim, always on time with my payments, and never truly bothered them for anything. A month prior my insurance renewing this year, I get a message that my car payment was going to go up 8% more and my house payment 150% so I naturally reached out to see why? sadly, I did not get much of a concrete answer but “all insurances were going up”- Last agent message even sounded like I should be thankful they were keeping me. It was very sad so I decided to look around. I’m switching to another insurance now which it’s cheaper than the amount forecasted. I was able to keep the home on the same rate and my car payment went down a little. It’s sad to leave but if they were as careless with me, I’m unsure how the situation might be with new clients.

Laura, Ken, and everyone else at this Farmers agency have always been extremely helpful and on top of their work! I never have to wait to speak with someone who can help me, especially Ken... he has been extremely helpful with everything I ever needed in the past, taking calls on his personal mobile while I was helping my friend literally buy her car at a dealership on a weekend and completing all the necessary paperwork so she could drive off the lot (she never had a car/car insurance). I think that goes above and beyond anyone's scope of professionalism and helpfulness, to that, we are extremely grateful and impressed. Additionally, I have even referred a close friend and family member to help them get auto and renter's insurance policies and they are so grateful to me for helping them save money while getting excellent coverage... my uncle parked his car on the streets of downtown Los Angeles over night and had his window broken and items stolen from his vehicle and he was so thankful for that special window coverage and renter's insurance so he was able to quickly get everything solved while receiving a check quickly to pay to replace his stolen items. So, a HUGE thank you to Enrique Morales' Farmers Agency and all the team members there for that. I will continue to refer anyone who needs insurance coverage and I hope that my professional relationship with them lasts for as long as possible! I know that this review is quite lengthy but I just wanted to let everyone know who the best in the business are, so they, too can save on excellent coverage!

Somewhere in the Christmas rush I misplaced your monthly billing statement for the Umbrella Insurance and there was only a few days left before the bill was over-due . I would highly recommend this insurance. I have my home all of my auto and marine and ATV as well as umbrella with farmers. I deal with Janet only and is the best in communication and client relationship. She is so personal and professional I ask myself how I ever had other insurance. She is always responsive to e mails almost immediately and with being a business owner it’s important to me how long responses take.
