Office representative Kether Sprague took my call (no hold time, no phone tree), was professional & friendly, addressed key questions quickly, and offered me a same day, in person office visit to further explore the change. I met with her later and was immensely pleased with the personal & professional attention she provided, well over one hour to review literally everything related to the policy. Jay also joined in the meeting half way through, providing key expertise and a genuine hand for my insurance needs. By the end of the meeting, there was no question that the change was the right thing to do and I went with State Farm, confident and even a bit excited about it (go figure!). Literally, like a good neighbor 🙏🏼.

I was with another state farm agent here in town. Someone else got in finder bender in my car which I wasn't even in the car but some how the accident went on my driving record as a point and effected my insurance rate. This mistake was not discovered until a few months had past. I had asked my current state farm agent to correct this mistake and all that was done for me was given a phone number for me to call and try to take care of it myself. I attempted to try and get this fixed for the next 5 months and no help from my agent..I talked to Jay and he fixed it in just one day.. so needless to say I switched to his agency. If you are looking for an insurance agent that cares enough to help you and actually care.. then I highly recommend giving Jay Epstien your business.. thank you Jay

We have been using Jay Epstein's State Farm office for overt 20 years. It's a small office and they have always responsive and easy to work with. Recently it was time to renew our homeowner's policy and their agent Matt Smith mailed me 3 (unsolicited) proposed changes in coverage that would keep out rates the same at a time when rates were going up, and asked me to call if interested or questions. At my invitation, he came out and evaluated our property in detail with me, and he still felt his proposals would provide adequate coverage without an increase in premium cost. He spent a considerable amount of time patiently explaining our policy to me and answering my questions about what coverage would be in different scenarios of damage. This office understands that putting customer first builds customer loyalty.

i like Statefarm as a company, but I cannot get behind the practices at this location. I understand that late payments are serious and need to be taken care of to avoid a lapse, - However, it seems very inappropriate to leave messages stating "we need a payment" on a voicemail that they employees do not know who has access to.

Additionally, they send postcards, meaning no envelope or anything to hide sensitive information, requesting payments and clearly state that you are late on said payment. This seems like an invasion of privacy.

Statefarm corporate sends notices about late payments, in a correct and professional correspondence, so I don't understand this offices need to do so as well, and in such poor fashion.

Promoting customer trust tends to go hand-in-hand with with legal privacy compliance and endorsing actions that keep the consumer in mind goes a long way in serving both parties’ relationship. However, don't think this is a goal at this establishment, and it's concerning.
