The service was good. The price was okay. They had the computer down so they couldn't help me today. I went to another branch next to Ranch Cucamonga. The place was clean. Neighborhood is okay not the greatest. Not too hard to find. I have to wait to a long line to get service.

Called to ask about information for my insurance policy in regards to my automatic payment why the payment wasn't pulled out automatically, I spoke with Ceasar from insurance sales from the AAA Upland office and he was very rude said it was my fault and said it in a very disrespectful way. I had everything in order not my fault it's AAA fault.... If I can give him zero stars I would, someone like that does not deserve to work with AAA. That's how you lose customers.

He is a no nonsense instructor that does his best to connect with his student drivers. Our daughter looked forward to each lesson with Jeremy. His candid responses to her driving abilities-with a slight bit of humor were priceless. She walked away feeling more confident after each lesson. Thank you Jeremy!

The advisors are friendly and helpful. But, because of said receptionist, I had to be put back into queue to handle the 2nd issue that I did tell same said receptionist.
Otherwise, I took care of my issues during the visit.

I’ve been here twice now and both times I was given false information about their DMV services. Both times I had to go to the DMV to do what AAA is supposed do. Both times that I was there I was helped out by the same person and both occasions shes given me the wrong information. To her defense she seems like a new hire. Regardless of the fact this Office lacks customer service. I called another AAA location and said they where able to help me but unfortunately for me it was just too much out of my way. So I came to my local dmv to which my surprise only lasted an hour to take care of my situation.

I had the best experience here with a woman named Jessica. My daughter and I had been having issues with showing proof of insurance to our credit union. We kept sending it in and it wasn't the right thing or it wasn't good enough. They ended up charging my daughter 4,000 to her loan for not having proof of insurance. I went in and talked to Jessica and she knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue. She called them directly and took care of everything. It was such a relief to have it done with. I walked out of there feeling extremely grateful. Thank you again Jessica and AAA.

Most helpful when it comes to home owner's insurance. Glad I came.

Horrible customer service counter help was wonderful the insurance agent was very nice to start with he tells me to call him the next day about a mileage problem , I have about 10 messages and he does not respond I am leaving this company. They do not care about people

Came here for DMV services.the lady did not want to help. She might as well be working for the DMV. Useless. Stay away from the upland AAA.

for a long time. If you need a tow and you not a member they sign you up and get 7 mile free tow

Came in for a simple passport photo. Waited 20 minutes to have the lady saY the printer out of ink. Ignored for another 10 minutes, so I left. No interaction from the check-in lady. 51 year member, service is not what it used to be. DO better AAA.

They need people with more training I went for a title change because I herd if your a member you don’t have to go to the dmv to do a title change so I went to the upland aaa office with the pink slip in hand and she was charging me 1k and some change because of the registration renewal and vehicle tax I asked her how much did the seller put he sold it for she said 1,500 so it didn’t at up to what she was telling me 1k and some Change for a title change and registration renewal I went to the DMV and the total came out to 348 with registration renewal and title change be careful what they charge you for the price they gave me didn’t match up to the DMV I’m not saying all aaa offices are like that but that’s my experience in this particular office

The agent lied about her name she said her name was Florida . Have been with AAA .2 years now and never have experienced such poor service.’The date was 7/17/23 I went to verify my mileage and was told that I needed a special form I tried to pay my membership fee I was told to come back next week to pay it They told me they have no record of any letter being sent to me so I called Monrovia AAA and I was told that there was no worker name Florida that served me today in Upland so in conclusion, the agent, so-called Florida was just too lazy to do her job tomorrow I will complain to corporate about this situation

I've had two of my daughter's go through this program and it has been great! Scheduling is easy and the instructors are GREAT! I have two more teenagers that will soon be old enough to start working on obtaining their permit and they will also be enrolled in the course offered through AAA.

Spoke to an agent named Edgar who was unprofessional, did not return calls and that was most likely because he was caught in a lie. Extremely disappointed in AAA having an agent like that. I have been a member for many years and this was the first time that I encountered someone so rude and unprofessional.

Have to sit and wait to make registration payment. What’s the point of paying for AAA when you have to wait just like the DMV. They also didn’t have a separate counter to take registration payment. Won’t be returning.

Do not use this AAA driving school, they cancel my driving lessons 3 times, they cancel it the day before. When I try to reschedule the month was already pre book. This place is not good for your driving lesson! Not once, not twice but 3 Dame time! I will request a full refund

Customer service was terrible. I called several times to speak to someone and kept being put on hold. No one ever got back to me and I waited over 2 hours in the dark for a tow truck that never showed up. I ended up having to leave my car behind and hitch hike my way home. Being a woman, they left me in a vulnerable situation. Horrible service to say the least.

Terrible customer service. Clearly, this staff did not care about providing good customer service. I'm still trying to figure out where the rest of my paperwork could posdibly be in that office. The staff appeared to be completely disinterested and just waiting to be off work. They seemed totally bored by customers and seemed extremely ready to just close up shop and head on out.

I am still trying to figure out where all of the paperwork I brought in for them to review just disappeared. The representatives supposedly working on my case took off (who knows where?) with all of my paperwork that I brought in for assistance in resolving the issue at hand. I will certainly never bring anything into that office again!

My entire experience in the Upland AAA office was horrible and disastrous! I cannot believe all that happened to me there - AND- there has been no follow up to assist in correcting the problem. Won't go there again!

After a horrible experience at the Rancho Cucamonga AAA office. This location will be my go to from now on. I feel pretty bad not remembering the young ladies name that helped my daughter and I. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and completely satisfied with her service.

Unfortunately, every time I reach out to AAA's customer service I am given misleading information. I am advised to walk into a field office and be assisted. Once I arrive the person or persons at the counter are negative and the transaction cannot be performed.. These people are always providing erroneous data. This service is only good for towtruck service and insurance. I would rather take my chances at the DMV. Sad, but true.
