I just got insurance and we paid $529.89 for what we were told was a down payment.They took the money and only put $236.47 towards my insurance. We now believe after reading all these reviews that they are going to claim that the missing money is a brokerage fee. I have tried to call them 10 times or more without success.We were on the phone for 20 minutes and we paid $236.47 for what I am sure are hidden brokerage fees. I would suggest that you do not get insurance with this company.

I’ve been doing business with them since Feb this year, my agent Alex has been helpful in looking for the best quote for my car insurance, since I have a recent accident has been hard to keep the good quotes. My only complaint to them is that they take an extremely long time getting back to you when you request a change in the policy, it took me about 1.5 hours to make changes to my policy, sign the papers and receive finally the new proof of insurance, they really need to improve this, people have busy lives and no time for waiting this long.
Overall good service, besides the responsive time, something that I really hope is improved.

One thing I like about my experience with this company is the fact that the first contact made was by a human, not a prerecorded call by a computer or what ever they use.
I have had so many calls that was recorded telling me the "This Call Is Bing RECORDED For Quality Assurance And Training Purposes" asking how I was doing with a pause long enough to answer their question and then, assuming the reply was "Good" or "NOT GOOD" the computer continues to ask questions, most times no reference to who the call is from! I can't stand being talked to by some damn computer! I understand saving money but when computers put humans out of work do companies pass that savings on to there customers, I highly doubt it!!! That was the biggest reason I went with this company this world has become way to automated!!!!!!

Also, I was impressed with the patience the person had with my inability navigate the smart phone to operate on the internet in making a insurance policy for an automobile it took me a while to get through it but they hung in there and talked me through it politely! I was at work on lunch and when I asked if they could call me at 5:30 the same man called me as i asked so i could finish the on line automotive insurance policy!!!

Unable to correct an error they made and now I’m out of a insurance company. Got a new policy in March. May comes around, I call to pay the bill and adrianna lies and tells me that I’m covered till June. Great! When in reality I’m late. I call in June to pay my bill but now my policy has been canceled because adrianna lied to me telling me that I’m covered and coincidentally there’s no record of our phone call even though she told me herself and my wife was next to me as witness and still lied that I was covered. I got no email or phone call letting me know I’m late or past due. Terrible customer service! Bec careful this company is a scam!

Spent over 5 hours getting quotes anywhere from $165 - $450 a month for full coverage of my new car. Then Sumner insurance called and got me everything i needed for less than $145 a month. Listening to all my concerns and answering questions no other broker could answer. Additionally it was the first time in that 5 hours that I felt like I was buying a product vs being the product. I was recently involved in an accident that caused my car to be a total loss due to the deployment of all the airbags. My vehicle did not hit another vehicle, nor was my vehicle hit. The airbags deployed due to grazing the guardrail on the side of my vehicle. My existing insurer increased the insurance on the new vehicle, I intended to purchase, to replace the total loss vehicle, astronomically! I went from paying $1,100 annually to a quote of $6,995! It was my first car accident in my 47 years of driving AND without any cited driving or traffic violations.

I received a call from an agent because I was looking on line for auto insurance. Now I'm by far not a perfect person there for not a perfect driver (when it comes to license, reg, insurance, ECT...) So my license is suspended do to a fixable infraction ticket I received in a another county back in 2017 or 18 . so my agent was able to find me insurance at a good cost that would still cover me. With liability added on uninsured interest gave me my 3 payment oppositions and I signed every thing over the phone online made my payment on line and received my insurance card online all in all it took under an hour from start to Finnish. So far so good.
