Call to make a claim against one of her clients. The rude woman said to call client. I told her he isn't answering me. She said that's not her problem and hung up. At second call she hid behind her secretary. I called my own agent to verify if she was correct. He said it is 100% her job to guide me through the claim and give all the assistance I need.
That's what you get from dumb Israelis......

As an agent she was less than cooperative with information related to the insured party.

It appears A subpoena is necessary to compelling justifiable lawful information!
