I just moved to California not too long ago from New Jersey. I have been with State Farm since 2007 and I am happy to continue using them. I have received nothing but the best attention and service from the staff at Barri's Office (Jennifer, Martine, and Barri). They've repeatedly gone out of their way to get me the critical info I needed and make sure I am well informed through big life decisions. It can't be easy to get 5 star reviews when you're in the insurance industry but this one is well deserved. I started with them over 5 years ago with some basic renters coverage and then eventually added on auto when my old carrier dropped the ball too many times. Last year, I bought a home with my wife and so we added them as the agent of record for property insurance. Over the years I've received 5 start service and great advice. It's a big contrast from most agents who will say anything to write your policy. If you want the same experience I've received, just give them a shout and see for yourself what I'm talking about.

Worst State Farm agent I have ever dealt with. The service by Barrie and her office staff was so poor that I left State Farm completely. I don't want to do business with a company that employs people like this. It was a barrage of rudeness, ineptitude, and then Barrie called me a liar.

I went to Geico. Way cheaper for the same coverage and everyone is super nice. Plus, their customer service reps can actually DO things instead of redirecting you to an agent.

You know those State Farm commercials where the policyholder has a problem and the agent simply appears? That's Barri Hollander and her staff. Ask them anything--even about stuff they don't insure--and they labor to provide an answer. I'm an author and I needed something called a media liability policy. State Farm doesn't sell it, but they knew someone who did. Their professionalism, knowledge and especially warm courtesy is what one needs in an insurance agency. Barri and the staff provide this and more. If they were on DWTS, they'd get a 10.

I was so happy to have been referred to Barri's agency. Daphney was great! She had MY best interests in mind and offered me what I NEEDED. I didn't feel like a customer when I called but rather a part of their "family" already. I was very comfortable working with her, she answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured into accepting their quote after our first interaction unlike other companies. This experience has been awesome all around.

I first got to them b/c i had an out of country drivers license and it took the dmv & me about 10 weeks to get me a CA one, but this agency was willing to insure me on my foreign license at normal rates. I use them for my car and for my motorcycle.
