Unfortunately my brief experience with this company (Van Nuys location) was not great by any means. The man O spoke with was very unprofessional and offered terrible customer service. I was calling to get a quote for Auto insurance, red flag number one - the line continued to ring, and they never picked up. No answering machine. Not too long afterwards I get a call back, but the person who answered the phone didn't state who they were or what company they represented, so I was confused as to who I was speaking to. As I was trying to figure out and ask clarifying questions the man on the phone sounded annoyed, and had an attitude, wasn't friendly at all, rude. In my opinion, you can already certain things about a company based on how they talk to customer/ potential customers over the phone. I was so turned off by this interaction that I told the rep never mind and can he can disregard the call. before I could even finish my sentence, he hung up in my face. If I were you, take your money and business elsewhere.

They never answer the phone. I was able to add myself on to a policy on my own, but now that I have to remove myself they want me and my other policy holder who is primary to come in. When I was told I was already switched over to the primary. Now all of a sudden I am not now that I’m trying to remove myself. They give me such a hard time and when they do answer “let me forward you here “

Im extremely satisfied with the experience I had with Rene Gutierrez, he was beyond helpful. He was straight forward as well, with informing me that I would not be able to be insured, however he said he would still try for me and work on it to see every possible option that was out there. I was at a dead end with a lot of insurance companies and he ended up finding me insurance. It wasn’t cheap, but it was definitely worth it. I was ready to give up and almost hang up on him when he first told me I wouldn’t be able to be insured because I was so fed up at that point, but I didn’t. I would suggest him to anyone who may be interest in getting a quote through him, because he is most definitely going to go above and beyond. He informed me that his higher ups were telling him how are you getting this person insurance( I had two at fault accidents last year, they were surprised) that should just show how good he is at what he does. I was told that I have to pay $365 for a down payment and that all I needed to pay but then two weeks later, after I asked for an extension then they gave it to me but then the week later, Anthony advised me that my insurance had been on suspense and then finally told me it was cancelled. I told him "No worries and thanks". Week later, I get money deposited from my account stating that I owed $238 but the agent didn't notify me that there was something I was supposed to fill out and instead collected my payment. This is not an insurance agency but rather brokers and they need customers in order for them to make that commission. I would highly recommend going to a diverse insurance company because as long as you continue business here and you do not speak Spanish or Latin, then you will get treated different as a customer...

I’ve been meaning to switch my car insurance for a while. I kept overpaying and in general, insurance for me was crazy expensive because of a dui from like 8 years ago on my record. A few months ago I got into a minor bumper to bumper accident and suddenly Geico decided to bump my insurance to almost double what I paid before, who pays $500/mo for insurance ?! Anyway.. I have been in contact with Anthony for a while to consider switching. Now that Geico really bumped up my monthly payments I decided it was time to switch. BEWARE!!!! This company is nothing but a scam!!! I needed insurance and thought I could save some money using sameday. Terrible decision!! At first everything seemed great.. they agreed to cut my down payment in half and they would mail me my proof of insurance immediately. Everything went downhill from there. After signing and getting everything completed I noticed they got my name and address wrong and was no help whatsoever in correcting this. About 2 weeks later I still had no proof of insurance and I received a charge from them for an extra $200 that I did not authorize. Every time I call they say they’ll call back and I never hear back. Ever. This has happened 3 times. I had to file a dispute with my card company and only after I did that did they start to fight back. They’re fighting the charge to keep the money that was never authorized. And to top everything off I just received a letter stating the CA DMV will not accept insurance from this company and that I will have to get new insurance. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!

Best service and the best prices!! Bryan always hooks me up with a good deal. Always follows up when he needs to. Nothing bad to say about this place. If you need insurance fast and cheap, this should be your first and last stop. They work with over 200 companies and even after shopping quite a few on my own (even other brokers), I still couldn't find a better deal than what he gave me.

They were incredibly friendly and made setting up a policy very easy! Ernesto helped me out and he was very nice and helpful!

All of these good reviews are BS, my daughter had an accident, the sent an adjuster to see and fix the car while the responsible persons insurance pay for it. And Same day Insurance not only did not fix my car they Cancelled my policy stating first that I didn't pay when I sent proof of payment they said that I had given wrong information about my daughter. They are terrible
