Sallie has been my State Farm agent for over two years now. I initially contacted her about insuring my home and two autos. As business owners we had completely overlooked our auto policies and didnt understand that we were underinsured. Sallie took the time to explain that our coverages were not adequate for us and explained the risks to us in a simple and easy to understand manner. My husband and I also purchased an umbrella policy from State Farm. As our teens started to drive last year, we reached out to her office again and she was able to walk us through our many questions.

Just two months into my son driving, he was in a horrible accident and Sallie got the call first. My husband and I were about an hour from our son and we were in a state of panic. Sallie left her office, went to meet our son at the accident, took pictures, kept the situation under control and remained with our son until a tow truck arrived and took his totalled car away. She drove him home and waited until we arrived. There are no words to express the gratitude we felt for Sallie's efforts during this time.

We subsequently made the decision to consolidate our business policy, workers comp and the remainder of our business insurance to Sallie. She came with an underwriter and they spent hours explaining what we should be covered for and made some really great recommendations that we hadnt even thought of.

There are so many instances where she has just gone above and beyond and taken care of us. A few weeks ago, Sallie came into our business on a Saturday night, she was about to leave on vacation and had noticed that one of our business accounts was about to cancel.
