After almost month and half I finaly realized Safeco would never renew it after zero claim for 15 years. I have agent Christi Liang took over the case last week. Day after day she call, text and guide me through this difficult time.. I finally got the insurance again one day before expired.

They have poor communication and lack of info given on a change in my insurance. Processed a payment without notifying me and it inevitably got me a NSF charge of $28 which they refused to take care of. Won’t be renewing with them.

To Christi:

The only thing that should've been done was your husband, David should have said I'm going to process a payment today and he in fact neglected to tell me that and it caused a ripple effect in my bank account charging me fees because your husband did not tell me that he was going to take money out of my account on that day. My policy was due to be paid within a week and I thought the payment would come out at that time but he processed it separately without telling me and that is where the problem became an issue! This is a just complaint !

Christi was expediently efficient. My car got smashed on Christmas Day and when I texted her for help, she responded right away and walked me through the process. She was a lifesaver.

On the ensuing Monday, she uploaded my claim and I received a call from State Farm in the afternoon. After I set up the appointment, I got a text reminder after New Year for the wrong location. Again I texted her with the problem. 20 minutes later she resolved the problem and rescheduled my body shop appointment.

These guys are the best! We had not just a hard need for some cheaper fire insurance because we live in the hills, but also they were able to provide options with our other needs as well. So not all insurance guys are a one stop shop. We have rvs, bikes, homes, rentals and investments. Where can you go to know that real people have your interest in mind first?
