I am embarrassed for them that they would ask me to leave a google review through their automated system after the way our interactions ended. I was randomly handed off to another agent who didn't introduce themselves or explain what happened to my previous contact/ agent listed as my contact for my policy. Then, this new person proceeded to give me incredibly terse and unhelpful responses (a sentence at best) to my questions, and quoted me a new policy for 2x more expensive than what I found in the market with equal or better coverage. I was so confused and frustrated with the service I received that I decided to withdraw all my policies from them because I don't trust they would be helpful if I ever have the misfortune of needing to use my policy.

I talked with a lady there named Ann she is a very nice lady, however I feel like she has little to no experience in sales. I had gotten one single quote from her and I told her a quote I got from one time talking with mercury and it was much lower and mercury was offering so much more. This place is like a joke I don’t really know what Jimmy Hsu is doing but this place is not competitive at all. I feel bad for them and I hope they can be better in the future.

Jimmy's office is very professional... always willing to share information and are always considerate of my questions... they are an extremely hard working group and I have never had 1 complaint...

Love having them as my insurance company. Jimmy and his staff are very professional and yet very friendly. Have been with them for a few years and would recommend them to everyone I know . I have my home and my car insured by them.

Calling sys. is complicated, can't not reached the service rep. quickly. Waste Time.
