My hero of the day goes to Jestyn Lytle. Earlier today, I needed help with my insurance card so I can purchase a vehicle and to secure a loan. Jestyn was Quick to send me my insurance information so I can share it to the lender. After I purchase the vehicle hours later, for some reason, he was still there at the office Burning the midnight candle and was able to add my new vehicle to my policy. Not all heroes wear capes some heroes have no life. Thanks Jestyn.

Javier Maciel is by far the greatest insurance guy I've ever had. I genuinely trust him and that is not an easy find in the insurance industry. He's always extremely helpful, respectful and resourceful. I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

I got so many quotes with so many disappointments. I honestly thought I didn’t have a fighting chance and then I found Javier. He literally saved the day. I was able to get my car insured and renew my cars registration that was past due in about 30 minutes. I recommend this guy and cost you less insurance to anyone and everyone.

I was calling to get commercial insurance for sprinter cargo van, and look like they don't have. They could say nicely they don't have it but they rudely hang up
...can you imagine how rude they coud be with you if you insured with them and need to resolve some problem..

These have got to be the the dumbest incompetents ever. I called 3 times for a quote and 3 times they asked for CDL , VIN etc. and cut me off when they put me on hold to get the quote and didn’t call back.

I had a really great experience with Javier yesterday on the phone, working with me to reinstate my car insurance! He did everything from trying to get me the best cost to his spectacular patience and customer service. Even with my extra fees he got me to a reasonable cost- regardless he did a great job and he is always available when I call! This man needs a raise!

I called the office for information on insurance rates. I am a Geico customer and needed some additional info regarding rate comparisons. I was met by a cheery voice of professionalism and courtesy by Shawnette Dunson. She was able to address my concerns about rising rates and specifically, issues regarding info I has heard about insuring Kias and Hyundais. Do not ever get insurance through this company. I purchased a policy through Anthony Acosta he gave me a policy that had a clause that tripled my deductible to 1000 and had no rental coverage. Make sure you ask questions about the deductible and hidden clauses . It’s not worth the money they save you. & uninsured motorist hit my car and was at fault and I have to pay 3 k as a deductible. This company is a scam do not go through them. They are selling horrible policies and it’s not worth it in the long run.

Most unprofessional, and for my family and I have been with them for at least 8 years. Have never experienced such run around, never getting the same person, no help from corporate either after 3 days of 2 hours and nothing accomplished at all! Way more detail to go into than the blatant lack of regard mentioned but in a nutshell, beyond rude & terrible customer service. I've never seen anything like it and if you happen to find one person in the entire group of agents that honestly cares, you'll be lucky!

Worst experience ever. I have 3 different people telling me I owe 3 different amounts of money. I never will deal with a this west Sacramento office ever again. If you do. Make sure to keep all receipts. This is a scam artist company.

Really prompt, compassionate and helpful. Insurance companies can be so draconian. It helps to have an intermediary to assist the every day consumer. Go with these guys they will fight for you.

Great service , quick and easy except that the catch. Mr. Javier made it quick and easy to sign me up, promised to cancel my older policy and never did so.
I got charged this week for another month of insurance on a car I don’t even own anymore. On top of that he charged me a fee to get it cancelled. Kind of scammish in my opinion .
