I researched Freeway for their rates. And then called. They were busy. So I went there without an appointment. Bianca, the manager greeted me. She and her coworker were polite and professional.
She then met with me. And explained my options. And even accommodated my payment plan. She was very thorough and transparent so I understand everything clearly. Most importantly she did not force me into signing any thing till I had peace of mind. I assure you she will do the same for all prospective customers. Thank you Bianca. Please do not do business with this company and spare yourself the exorbitant brokerage fee. They charged me almost 400 dollars for their services. Their communication is terrible and they will purposely withhold information so that they can get more money from you. Jessica Parra is unprofessional and lazy. She provided no customer service and did not explain any of the details regarding my insurance policy. Beware, they employ sneaky tactics to squeeze as much money from you. If you want cheap insurance, go with 21st century insurance or a local insurance agent.

Alejandro Cruz. Help me from being homeless and on foot. I was a homeless for 7 years. I don't smoke or drink. I just cannot get a job. I was disabled, but now I'll work and buy a car. Use that for shelthen. My insurance car insurance went. I was gonna have to be homeless again cause I can't wait. Could I make that car insurance? He stopped me from being home by giving me a better rate. Because that rate I can keep my car for at least another month. Why get another job? It would be so smooth. I'll have to get another job. Valerie and David were extremely rude. My policy was canceled without my notice because my the auto payment didn’t go through. Which wasn’t my fault. Not even a call to update me. Rather, a mail was sent out which I didn’t receive on time. The agents just want to make a commission off people rather than keeping customers. Do me a favor and go with State Farm or any better insurance company. Freeway insurance company is a rip off and do not I repeat do not sign up with them.

This place is horrible and I would never deal with the store manager Adam again. He is literally out to make money off you in any way shape or form that he can. I am paying almost $600 dollars for insuring two cars a month that I am getting a quote elsewhere for 50% less. At first he sent me a quote that included this $150 extra fee and when I asked him to remove it because I did not need it or ask for it, he added it to the broker fee instead. I called him and ask him why it was added to the broker fee and he said that's just how it works and that he can't take it off. Obviously I didn't take no for an answer so I told him I'm not paying this additional $150 and then magically he was able to remove it. After doing my own research I found other companies that was cheaper so I told him I wanted to cancel my policy and it should be prorated (mind you I just got another new car insured with him for two weeks) he told me he can't refund me any money and that they don't do prorations. This guy is a liar, I spoke to another insurance company that said of course it is prorated and you get your money back. Don't trust him, he's just out to make money. It's really quite sad cause I was always nothing but nice to him.

Sneaky people who smile while they lie to your face. They do not listen to your needs. I highly caution those seeking auto insurance...to not go through Freeway insurance or National General. Make sure you ask how much their broker fee is up front or they will put a paper in front of you quickly and vaguely tell you what it is and by this time you've spent 45min infront of them sharing personal stories and you might feel bad not signing the form that gives them $158 broker fee and by signing no matter what ...you do not get that money back. Then they set me up with National general which got $300 from me in 14 days and when I realised the whole deal is just legal crime set up I went into cancel. All this was in October 2020. National General sent my case to First Pointe Collection Resources, Inc over a prorate balance of $19.16..as if the $300 in 14 days wasn't enough? I had sent them a check DEC10,2020 and it posted in my bank account Jan 5.2021. Why did they hold my check so long? So they could cause me more stress and suffering? As if they don't get enough money? All this playing catch them if I can over $19.16, how petty!
Collection notice by First Point Collection Resources,Inc was sent January 4, 2021 and the 'check' posted in my bank January 5th. How conveniently rude of them... seems to me these people are low-handed legal criminals.
Personal opinion:
The insurance racket is nothing but legal crime. You pay out the nose for insurance and rarely you get anything out of it. If you live in southern California they triple your insurance rate because of all the self entitle losers who drive and park like they entitled to do so. Laws and rules apply to everyone. Disobey them on a regular basis and these folks prove they have no integrity and cannot be trusted. Moved back to less populated area, my insurance dropped by 2/3. So note to those who live in southern California the people that are amped out on red bull and coffee don't know how to take care of themselves, killing their bodies n brains by smoking too much..whatever are raising the insurance rates for everyone. I was there long enough watching you all break the laws by speeding and running red lights and parking however you want.. because you think you're more special than everybody else?

I have been a client for many, many years. In fact, I believe that I have been receiving their services for almost 20 years now! Whether you are a new driver, or an experienced driver looking for affordable policies, they will do whatever it takes to ensure that you’ll be able to obtain the policy you actually need for your vehicle. I wouldn’t have returned for their services if I was exaggerating!

Bad company, I have initially talked to Adam, who I was told manager. I give all my past driving history and got quote for $1630 and I made full payment. After one week after paying full amount, I received statement from insurance company new amount is $3600 and I need to pay difference. So I called Adam and was told there was glitch in the systems and they made the error. So I decided to cancel the insurance and was told I would get full refund back without any charges. Its been a week since I talked to Adam and I still didnt get my refund back from Freeway insurance. I understand people make mistakes and things happen but if something goes wrong you need to stand behind and fix all the issues on time. Its called customer service, not con man who just takes the funds from customers. I would stay away from this company..

If I could have given NO STARS, I would have. Horrible people take money out of your account, using your check account number. You tell them not to take money out automatically, but they still take money. They get tricky and use your check account number. These people need to be sued, and reported to, The better business bureau. Thief!!!!

Great company. I had a past dui and needed sr-22. I was amazed at how affordable it was. And the gentlemen that helped me Jaime Hernandez was extremely helpful and even saved me an additional $5 a month off the already low price of $70. About as good as it gets for the auto insurance experience.

If I could, I'd give zero stars. Agents alone in the office with no manager available. Incorrect dates even on the sign in sheet. I called to verify that I could in fact make changes to my policy (I purchased a new vehicle, and wanted to add it) I was told 2 times that it would be $100 to make any changes. Ok, no problem. I verified both times there would be no other charges until my next premium payment, as I had just paid it. I went into the office for the 2nd time today, and was told I needed to "pay in full $60.94" before I could make the change and then have to pay the $100 originally quoted. When I challenged this, I was told "you should have come in before five" At no point was I informed to be there before 5, when the office is clearly open until 7. The agent refused to give me his last name or agent number, as he stated he didn't have to because he "was not my agent" Ok. Well, Freeway, you have failed. Your customer service leaves a bitter taste, and the training of your agents shows gross incompetence.

Nice to see that the freeway insurance here on Beach Boulevard is ran so much more professional than other freeway insurance locations!! I had to redo my policy because the other freeway insurance was so unprofessional that they messed everything up!!! Cindy was very professional very kind and knowledgeable and Jasmine her supervisor was there to assist immediately with any questions. Although my monthly bill is expensive, I think they did their best to find the best pricing for me and my situation.
