I paid my dues directly to the rental agency, right on the spot. After 3 months, I get a call from Credit Collection Services, couple of notices from the agency itself. They do not do their ground work, and directly reach out to the customer. Awful service.

So excited to finally get my car ! I called and a guy named Jason helped set me up with a great insurance plan for cheaper than I expected! Looking for the right car for me was time consuming but the insurance just took a couple minutes to set up. Overall the experience was great and I would totally recommend!

I am amazed with how amazing Audrey’s car insurance customer service is. I spoke to Daniel the owner to Victorville’s location & to Luis located in Whittier. They were both so patient, generous, & understanding. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received today. I highly recommend this company to everyone! especially young adult 1st timers such as myself. (-:

Do NOT register or transfer a vehicle with them. I did a 2001 car and it was a bit more than expected. On the next I asked for a break down of fees. They charge $80 for their convenience. And a bunch of other BS I didn't understand. I went to the DMV instead and it was $66 dollars less not including his fee!! It's a rip off. So I just saved over $100

It's a shame to trust a company that called themselves reliable, and then finding out it's a scam and a fraud just to hook you after they charge you a very high intitial payment, practically stealing.

Jason gave me some time to pay the Downpayment I couldn't pay the full amount and he gave me 6 days to pay it off, I really do recommend their services.
