Drew Martin has been around for many years. He and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I recently had an issue with claims and they stepped right in and helped solve the issue expeditously. He and his staff are friendly and very knowledgable and always going above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. I highly recommend them.
Great Staff and Drew..
I have been with Drew for over 30 years, I have everything with Drew and Would trust no one else. Drew advised me on what Life Insurance product to purchase which I ended up using when my Wife passed. He advised me to get Long Term care, I did and it was very helpful when my wife was very sick. I could go on and on.
BTW the negative review and from the money investment guy, he needs to pay his bill then he wont get a cancel notice. Sound like sour grapes to me.. If you know Drew, he isnt that way.
Three generations of my family have been with Drew Martin’s office. I remember when I was a kid, my Mom and I going into his office. Drew is a kind person who goes beyond the call of duty. I still have an old refrigerator magnet from Drew’s office that has an area code from way back when. Thanks to Drew and his entire office for their loyal customer service that has lasted for generations in my family.
Drew Martin has been the worst insurance agent I have ever had in 20 years!
Someone I actually considered a friend. There have been many occasions he
has been flaky and non-responsive but the last is the last for me! I was in
an auto accident, I called Drew, left him a message, emailed him, and text
messaged him. The other 2 parties auto
insurance agents called me the day of the accident to accept responsibility and
tell me what the next steps are. Days later, STILL no response from Drew. A
week prior to the accident I received a cancellation notice on one of my 8 cars
with State Farm for non-payment. I contacted Drew to inquire what this was all
about and explained to him I made my payment and the check hasn't been cashed.
He told me he would look into it and get back to me the next day, never happened.
This was about the fifteenth and final straw for me. Drew originally approached
me to quote my insurance when I owned a business next to his. Drew would imply
he wanted me to trade stocks for him since he knew I was a trader. Drew wasted
hour upon hour of mine showing him my strategy, I surmise just so he could quote
my insurance. Drew also acted like he wanted to invest with me on two other
projects, again just a ruse for my account. I am cancelling all my policies with
State Farm as a direct result of this flake, what a hassle!!! I will be sure to tell
everyone how I was treated by Drew Martin State Farm Insurance!!!
